Wil was very pleasant to interact with however we had him and his helper assembled two beds for us and they did a very poor job. When we tried to lift one bed to put rug under, the bed came apart and we had to go through and tie all the screws. I got very concerned. For the second bed it had four drawers and they left the drawers all unorganized around the room and with missing pieces. They took all the spare parts with them and when I reached out to Wil he kindly offered to come back to bring the missing pieces which he did the next day. However, he mixed spare parts so was not able to provide the correct screws that hold the drawers together. I had to reach out to Amazon to request missing hardware. The second bed was a hot mess, all wrong screws everywhere and we had to redo the bttom frame because it was flipped in the wrong direction so the legs on the outterside were not touching the floor so there was only support with the middle leg and the wooded support was not leveled either because the middle piece of the frame was raised too much. This was something very noticeable so i was surprised that they just ignored this because this is a safety issue for someone getting on the bed. Some of the larger screws were placed in areas were they were sticking out and luckily didnt damage the upholstery but almost did because they went through the other side. To out surprise we noticed the screws that were supposed to hold the drawers in place underneath the bed were placed somewhere else. Those were the missing screws i reached out to Wil about originally. Wil was very kind but sadly this was a terrible job. Appears they did not follow instructions and tried to put pieces together based on what they know what to do and i dont expect to hire someone to guess how the furniture gets assembled, if im paying for such service i expect that instructions will be properly followed. Hope they are more careful with future clients. If you have them assemble something for you i recommend you ask them to leave spare parts and also inspect things really well upon completion.
