Sean did an excellent job for us. We live 2500 miles away from where work was being done on our vacation/retirement property. Great communication, honest, reliable. Very detail oriented in his work, informative from start to finish. He sent pictures of the progress as our job went along. We have MUCH more we are doing in our renovation of this property, Sean will definitely be the one we give the first chance at our business.

Sean remodeled my kitchen in a 200 yr old farm house with unlevel floors, leaning walls, and no insulation in the walls. Now it's completely unrecognizable, amazing!

Having Sean Gleason work on my home was the kind of experience you hope for when you go in search of a contractor. Sean gave me an estimate based on my description of the work and he was spot on. He arrived as promised and we discussed the work needing to be done on my roof. Sean did a thorough inspection of the roof and took pictures so I could see what he was seeing. This was really helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He gave me options on the work as well as his professional opinion on which was best for me.
I really appreciated his honesty and explanations of everything. The work Sean did was great and he again explained everything to me before leaving. The best part was he guaranteed his work. Sean is a very personable guy and it was enjoyable talking with him.
I would highly recommend Sean and will call him again if I have any projects needing a professional.

Sean did a great job on our deck. Clear communication and options when he ran into some complications with the job (our house is a DIY disaster from the last owner). Really upgraded the look of our house. Would hire again and highly recommend.
