Paul’s drywall could improve with more respectful communication and friendly customer service. I’m very disappointed in our interaction and wouldn't feel good about giving him my business. After giving me an estimate of $500 for a 20sqft area I gave some additional information and asked for some clarification. Pretty standard communication to make sure I understood the estimate. Instead of respectfully responding he said “never mind I’m not interested” and “stop texting me.” I’ve since looked at some reviews on other sites for this business and I’m relieved we did not go further in the process. Some have stated they were scammed by Paul....Too many other options, not worth contacting this business.
