Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After the movers were two hours late, the price doubled what I was originally quoted via phone and email. When I tried to sort it out by calling I was simply ignored. This experience was horrible.

We are sorry you feel this way Kate, I notice by your paperwork your total cost for moving from Portland Maine to Lyman Maine was only $288.00 at only $36.00 an hour for 2-movers. This was a contracted rate through a broker, our regular rates for 2-men are $56.00 an hour which is much lower than a lot of moving prices out there.
