Wyatt is an amazing professional! He was extremely polite, friendly, and thorough with his work. He worked efficiently and answered any questions I had. He fixed my toilet leak and I will definitely be asking for his help again for any additional plumbing issues. Thank you, Wyatt!

I was very pleased with professionalism and punctuality of Sgt Smith. His work was outstanding. When he arrived, we went over the problem and he checked it out and found a hole in the pipe going out of doors. He repaired and now we're back in business. I would certainly recommend his company again.

Micah was great. I reached out to him for an emergency septic situation and his truck was unavailable until the next day. He drove out himself (in a snowstorm) and dug out the snow and ice covered septic cover and fixed the problem himself. 5 stars across the board.

Septic Tank drainage/pumping
Highly recommend Sargent Smith Drain
Cleaning Company.
Returned my call promptly and came within a week as requested. Prices are significantly lower than other major companies. Courteous and friendly. Owner is established drain/excavating company and is now making inroads in the septic tank drainage area.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Military, senior, teachers, civil workers I have many discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a a bunch of questions before I arrive to give an idea of what will be needed then I provide a general estimate over the phone. When I arrive on the job I greet myself and ask to see the problem. After I check everything out I give the customer my plan. I keep the customers informed of my process and let them know if anything changes. I want to provide peace of mind and a fix. That only happens with communication
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I started working towards being a pastor I needed a second job and one of the best plumbers in Hilton Head hired me as an apprentice. I moved to Maine three years ago and worked doing drain cleaning. This year I launched my business.
