This was a my first experience with a Plumber! And it will likely be the only plumber I will ever have to call. These guys were responsive, professional and best of all punctual. They called right away, they came when they said they would, walked me through everything they were doing and were able to lumpthree smaller jobs into one trip. Honestly the owner probably would have walked me through the whole thing on the phone without even coming out. I found their price to be fair and like I said I’ll probably always call Sgt. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a a bunch of questions before I arrive to give an idea of what will be needed then I provide a general estimate over the phone. When I arrive on the job I greet myself and ask to see the problem. After I check everything out I give the customer my plan. I keep the customers informed of my process and let them know if anything changes. I want to provide peace of mind and a fix. That only happens with communication
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I started working towards being a pastor I needed a second job and one of the best plumbers in Hilton Head hired me as an apprentice. I moved to Maine three years ago and worked doing drain cleaning. This year I launched my business.
