Abraham Brody is a very understanding individual who listens carefully to the issues and needs of Mac users. I needed my iMac desktop transferred and arranged in the same way on my MacBook Pro. Also I needed a back-up drive installed on the MacBook and a sharing dropbox between both computers. Abraham patiently arranged all of this and taught me how to transfer files easily, keeping everything up-to-date and in sync. He also cleaned-up the systems resulting in faster speeds and the use of less space. I really appreciate Abe's good work. It is so great to know a skilled Mac technician who can do everything remotely and can answer questions in understandable language. Thank you for everything, Dennis

I wish I could choose all 5 items! Solved my email problem with my laptop. He clearly and patiently solved the problems and then walked me through what he had done, making sure that I understood. He also had me understand some features that I was unaware that I had. These features will make my life much simpler and more productive. Great personality to boot! Thank you Abraham.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on a $100/hour flat rate. Prices for parts are based on eBay parts ordered. I will accept payments by cash, or credit card. Credit card requires PayPal signup, PayPal.me/macmaps. Credit card services 4% surcharge on rate. Flat rate offered for malware removal of $150. Data recovery is $200.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discover what software or hardware needs repair first. Order parts on an agreed upon price as needed, and then repair the computer. Verify the status of any backup before performing repairs. An invoice is available by email if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with both corporate and government entities, as well as individuals on a freelance basis.
