We are a small local moving company hiring only respectful and reliable workers who come to your home fully trained and ready to work. Most jobs are billed at an hourly rate plus a small travel fee, so you can figure out the bill by multiplying the time we spend with you, without any hidden costs for things like fuel, tape, or stairs. With 10 successful years working in Boston we are excited to get started in Maine! Moving provides an excellent source of exercise, as well as allowing us to visit beautiful homes and scenery on a daily basis. Working outside and meeting new people every day keeps the job exciting and challenging. I've been doing moving for over 12 years and still enjoy it!

Andrew and one employee came to help my fiancé and I load our furniture in a POD for our cross-country move. Andrew was knowledgeable about weight distribution and keeping our furniture safe. Our items came out with a few dings in the end, but I think that comes down to us shoving as much stuff in there as possible, not Andrew’s work at all. Great job—thanks Andrew!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clean Cut Movers provides an easy to understand billing method. We include any tape and shrink wrap used in the predetermined hourly rate, and do not charge extra for stairs. For most moves the bill can be figured out by multiplying the time we spend with you by the hourly rate, plus any travel fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want your move to go smoothly, with no surprises. For most local clients we are able to provide a free in home estimate so everyone is on the same page. We can discuss your expectations for us and your responsibilities leading up to the move. Our business depends upon your good referral, and communication is key to achieving success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Clean Cut Movers I have over 12 years moving experience, 10 of which comes from running my own successful business in South Boston MA.
