Joe was very responsive initially and provided a quote in a timely manor. He arrived later than stated however and left soon after arriving to purchase materials even though I was told the materials would be purchased the day before. He was gone for more than 2 hours before letting me know they could not find doors to fit my project and would have to go for more expensive materials. Even after arriving back finally with the materials, the pros took several more hours to complete the job. I like the finished project, but I do feel most of the issues that arose could have been prevented if the materials had been pre-purchased as stated previously. I would recommend this pro and I would hire him again since the quality was great.

We have u sed them twice. First on exterior home repair, changing big beams holding up the second story decks of three linked townhouses. They did an excellent job and returned to touch up some paint without asking. The second job was to do the build out on a retail store space. We did have some language issues that lead to one of the wall panels being mismounted but they fixed it with a high level of quality. This build out was tough stuff and they did a good job for a fair price.

Incredibly disappointed in the quality of the work, and I was charged nearly double what the original estimate was. I understand things change, projects can be more involved than originally quoted, but this was over the top. Photo attached is less than a month after painting was completed. I have reached out via text, and no response. Disappointed and overcharged. Not recommended.

We offered to return with our lead technician to verify any remaining items, but that offer was declined. We remain committed to resolving any legitimate concerns directly professionally with homeowners.
