- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bearded Bro Home Services, we believe in honest, straightforward pricing. That is why we work on a Flat Rate basis in most cases. The estimate you see for the listed scope of work is what you pay, no hidden fees, no gimmicks. Should anything arise that affects your project and our agreed-upon price, something outside of the original scope of work included in your estimate, we promise to be straightforward with you, the client, before continuing our work or adjusting our prices. We charge a $99 dispatch service that covers the cost of sending a licensed, insured plumber to your home to assess the situation and provide a clear, upfront estimate. If you accept the estimate and day of work is completed for that estimate, the dispatch service will be waived!

When working with new customers, we start by listening to your needs and making sure we fully understand the problem or project. We provide a clear, upfront estimate—no gimmicks, no surprises. Once approved, we get to work with the same care and craftsmanship we would want in our own home. Our goal is simple: reliable plumbing, straightforward pricing, and a customer who feels confident from start to finish.
