- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Editorial fees are generally by the hour but can be negotiated to a project fee if needed. Production costs vary depending on the complexity of the project and the number of crew needed to create a successful finished piece.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to have a conversation with a client about all aspects of the project including audience, objective, final delivery method, timing, camera format etc. As for billing, with a first time customer, I usually require payment in full before releasing final pieces.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Production, as well as 27 years of work experience.
