- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate for a 60-minute personal training session is $65, conducted either in the comfort of your home or at a location convenient for you, such as your gym. Please note that additional charges may apply for sessions requested outside of my regular service area. To provide added value and encourage a more committed fitness journey, I offer discounted rates for clients who opt for a package rather than individual sessions. This allows you to benefit from personalized training at a reduced cost per session, demonstrating my commitment to supporting your fitness goals in a cost-effective manner. Please feel free to inquire about specific package options tailored to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each client, I meticulously craft an entirely personalized program. Our inaugural session is dedicated to an in-depth assessment of your movements and a comprehensive discussion about your specific fitness goals. This initial step allows me to gather vital information that serves as the foundation for creating a tailored program designed to align seamlessly with your preferences and aspirations. I advocate for a collaborative approach, where we ideally engage in the program together on a weekly basis. This not only facilitates ongoing progress but also allows for real-time adjustments to the program as needed. Alternatively, I recommend a minimum of 2-3 joint sessions to ensure that you are not only proficient in executing the program independently but also doing so with the correct form to mitigate any risk of injury. Following an initial 4-6 week period of independently following the program, I advise a reassessment to gauge progress and recommend program adjustments where necessary. For those not opting for weekly sessions, this interim evaluation ensures the continued alignment of the program with your evolving fitness needs. It is my commitment to providing a professional and valuable fitness experience tailored to your unique journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold several certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), enhancing the effectiveness of my training methodologies for clients seeking a comprehensive and professional fitness experience. Currently, I possess certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Group Fitness Instructor (GFI), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). In addition, I am licensed to teach Zumba classes, further enriching the diversity of my fitness expertise.
