Kyla is nothing short of amazing. In our first session she took the time to really understand my goals, and in every session since she has consistently worked in my feedback and addressed anything that hasn't felt quite right. For example, squats are my nemesis - but she's helped me root cause why, experimented with what modifications I need, and has made me laugh about it along the way. I'm already seeing an increase in my mobility and strength, and I'm excited to keep working together!

I am working with Kyla to rebuild strength, endurance, and balance following radiation treatments. She watches and listens very carefully to shape a routine that addresses very specifically what is best for me. Super nice person. Fun to work with. And what she is doing is already helping me make solid progress.
