Every customer receives a clear, detailed estimate so you know exactly what is included. A few things to know about our pricing: • Minimum repair service starts at $750 • Most inspections and estimates are free • Insurance claim projects follow the approved insurance scope • Deposits may be required to secure your place on our schedule and order materials • Seasonal promotions may be available depending on scheduling availability Our goal is to provide reliable workmanship, proper installation, and clear communication so your home is protected for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make roofing and exterior projects simple and stress-free for homeowners. Consultation & Scheduling – We learn about your project and schedule an inspection. On-Site Inspection – We evaluate the roof or exterior and identify any problem areas. Detailed Proposal – You receive a written estimate with the scope of work and materials. Project Scheduling – Once approved, we reserve your spot on our schedule. Professional Installation – Our team completes the work using quality materials and proper installation methods. Final Quality Check – We review the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations. We believe good communication and transparency are the key to a successful project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 16 years of hands-on experience in roofing and exterior construction, along with the last 2 years operating my own company, Master Elite Construction. My background includes installation and repair of: • Asphalt shingle roofing systems • Standing seam metal roofing • Slate roofing systems • Chimney flashing and roof penetrations • Siding, fascia, soffit, and trim work • Gutter systems and exterior water management I continuously follow manufacturer installation guidelines, building codes, and industry best practices to ensure every project is completed correctly and built to last. In addition to field experience, I stay updated on new materials, ventilation systems, and roofing technologies to provide the best solutions for homeowners. My focus is always on quality workmanship, proper installation, and protecting the customer's home for the long term.
