I recently hired Luis and his team from Master Elite Construction to remove the non-working wooden gutters, cut back the roof overhang, lay down a rubber roof over the porch, and install wooden shingles around the back side of my federal-period home. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Luis and his crew were professional, thorough, and respectful of my property. Luis even did the initial on-site inspection during a snowstorm! They are the real deal.
Luis communicated clearly throughout the entire process, explaining each step and ensuring everything was done to our specifications. The work itself was top-notch — clean, precise, and done with amazing attention to detail. The overhang cut was seamless, and the removal of the gutters was done without damaging the siding or trim. They even took care to protect the flowers and plants below them.
What really stood out was how well-coordinated and hardworking the crew was. They showed up before 8 a.m., worked diligently and efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done at the end of each day and not just when the job was completed. It’s rare to find a team that combines quality craftsmanship with professionalism and integrity.

We woke up this morning to a bad roof leak, likely from the ice dams that have accumulated on the roof this winter, and it was such a relief to hear back immediately from Luis with Master Elite, offering a concrete plan for a free estimate. Recognizing the emergency that it was he rearranged another morning appointment so he could come first thing and take a look at our property, walking us through the repairs that would be needed and how to work with our home owners insurance company to get the best value for repairs. He also took photos, which we need to document the problem for insurance, and got right to work clearing the ice dams from our roof to prevent further leakage. The larger repairs to the roof and interior will be a larger project unfolding over the coming days and weeks but I'm so grateful to have found such a responsive, well-informed, and conscientious expert to guide me through the steps forward, as well as taking quick action to fix the root of the problem, which he'd already done by noon the same day we discovered the leak. Amazing service!
