- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our doggy daycare allow dogs to play, release energy and socialize with playmates in large outdoor play areas and if the weather is bad...we have wonderful indoor areas to direct group play. Our dog groomers take the time to meet you and learn about your dog before grooming, they talk to your dog during his groom and strive to make this a positive experience for your dog while getting that great healthy coat to shine! They also go the extra mile to educate dog owners about grooming and give tips on home grooming to stretch your dollars! Our Group Training is held in a large well-lit, rubber covered floor; our trainers are highly experienced and we do give you homework!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to check out different daycare facilities, meet some of the staff, talk with your Vet, see what the requirements and what type of information providers request about your dog; What is the daily routine, what is the ratio of dogs to humans, what is the cleaning routine. Can you get a tour of the facility? Are the staff knowledgeable about dog behavior, do the take welcome dogs with calmness and kindness yet are clearly leaders of the pack?
