I was kept in touch with your representative. He told me we made an arrangement. I had emailed him some photographs of what I had. Of course, when he got here, I did some walking around the garage and I found more stuff that I wanted to get rid of . He gave me a price including his digital items which was quite reasonable and I’m just so happy not to have that hanging around my house anymore. You guys are awesome.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by volume, basically you are charged by how much space your junk fills in our trucks and trailers. For extremely heavy items, hard to dispose of items and labor intensive jobs there would be separate fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer calls or emails in, we find out what they have that needs to go. For smaller jobs we can give a pretty accurate price over the phone/email. For larger jobs we like to schedule an on-site visit to give a more accurate quote on the project and to know what we need for trucks, trailers and team members. Once the appointment is set up, the customer will receive a confirmation call when the crew is en route. Once the crew arrives all the customer needs to do is sit back, relax and watch their junk disappear.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knowing what items need to be recycled, ability to lift 20 pounds consistently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
