Excellent experience. We had an issue with one of the drains and Tyler did an amazing job. He was meticulous. Prior to his arrival, I received a call that he was on his way which I appreciate. Will use them again.

He was so nice I would use u again but your prices are so expensive I called around to different plumbers after he left and told them what they had to do and they would charge alot less but other than that he was excellent I wish you were less because I have alot of plumbing work that needs done. I was pleased with the way Zoom Drain responded to my request. The service man (Marcus G.) was so polite and good humored, very professional and left the sink and surrounding area cleaner than he found it.

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
