He was so nice I would use u again but your prices are so expensive I called around to different plumbers after he left and told them what they had to do and they would charge alot less but other than that he was excellent I wish you were less because I have alot of plumbing work that needs done. We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
