We recently purchased a natural gas heater from LaPlante Electric. The entire experience was beyond perfect. From meeting with our sales person, Richard, to the installation by Troy and Steve, the service was outstanding. Our installation was a bit challenging due to the location of our gas meter, but Troy and Steve went above and beyond our expectations. Troy communicated with the gas technician several times leading up to the installation and throughout the installation process. Troy and Steve worked hard and stayed late on the installation day. Troy even returned the next day to meet with the gas technician to ensure that the job was completed and all was working properly and safely. After he was finished with the work, Troy stayed with us showing how to properly operate the system. He was patient and kind, answering all of our questions. Our pricing is customized to your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients start with a short discovery call with our in-house coordinators. Then a Comfort Advisor will come to the home and perform a thorough walk through, listen to your needs, design a custom solution and present options. All in one visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians, comfort advisors and installers are highly trained and in house. We do not sub-contract our work. So it gets done right the first time.
