What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly fee for travel to/from our warehouse and loading/unloading the truck. We have a 3-hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a FREE estimate for your move. While we try to be as accurate as possible, your actual bill will be ONLY the hours the crew is working (driving & moving). The crew will explain the hours they worked and you will review the bill before paying.
