- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on job size. Mowing is a minimum charge of $45. If the distance to the job If grass is bagged and removed the cost will be more than a property where the property has area to leave grass in a wooded area. That's why it's best to meet with the property owner. Disposal fee's are extra to get rid of grass or leaves. Due to commercial equipment being used, customers may not realize the efficiency of our work, and therefore be a little intimidated on getting a price. For example, a leaf pick up quote is usually been 1-3 hours time. This same job a home owner may be several weekends, giving up their precious time to do other things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, answer an email, phone call or a text. Show up when you say you'll be there. If not, communicate when you will return. Most of the time, getting to know your customer and make them feel like they're important.
