Bill is a loyal partner and always takes your calls. Give 5 stars for his work ethic. Has mowed and snow-blowed me thru 3 seasons now. Could possibly work be better? Sometimes, but you can say that for everyone and a simple request will be taken care of. Point is hard work for a nominal price. A family man, local, EMT, and workin his darndest. If no money ever changed hands, I would consider him friend,family for sure.
