Cliff has consistently provided me with quick service, and has knowledge about fixing any problem with my PC. It always runs better after he's completed the work. He is courteous, and his fees are very reasonable. I'm lucky to have him in my corner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kind of fell into it. I started out by helping friends and family, got a couple of industry certifications and a full time job in Tech Support. Then eventually gravitated to starting my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of work that I perform is Spyware & Virus removal with a complete computer tune up.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was able to recover years worth of pictures and videos off of a failed hard drive. I restored the data. I then setup a scheduled backup for the customer so their data would be protected in the future.
