Cliff is curteous, professional, attentive, and has solved most of my problems over the phone, or by remote. He has also shopped for computer components for me, always considering my needs and budget. His prices in general, are more than fair and I have always felt I have received more service than I have paid for, as he has always saved the day! When my business computer last crashed, I phoned (and he actually answered!) Cliff tearing my hair out, but he was calm, cool and collected, somehow understanding me through my hysteria, making suggestions and talking me through my crisis, directing me on how to get my computer running. Never talking down, or making me feel ignorant regarding my lack of computer knowledge. I have referred my friends to Cliff and everyone, whether a business owner, or not, have appreciated Cliff's timely response and especially his kindness and professionalism. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kind of fell into it. I started out by helping friends and family, got a couple of industry certifications and a full time job in Tech Support. Then eventually gravitated to starting my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of work that I perform is Spyware & Virus removal with a complete computer tune up.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was able to recover years worth of pictures and videos off of a failed hard drive. I restored the data. I then setup a scheduled backup for the customer so their data would be protected in the future.
