- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on length of contract and, if 1-on-1, how many sessions per week. The best thing to do is to chat with Patti who can answer all of your questions and give you our best option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients and their goals. Every new client receives a comprehensive questionnaire to complete then we sit down for a chat. Once I get to know your goals, I suggest the best program for you, whether that be 1-on-1 training, group training, or a combo of both!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a personal trainer to pay-it-forward. I worked with a personal trainer myself who helped me lose 30lbs. I'm very passionate about helping women meet their fitness goals.
