They were early to setup. Brought everything necessary for a photoshoot. Excellent equipment. Very quick to communicate. Did not go over budget. We will be using Heart Rock Photo's again for several more projects this quarter. They did a create job for a corporate headshots of executives. The editing work on the portraits was fantastic. All of the people who had them done were impressed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive bespoke pricing and can work with most people to find a service to fit their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key so a telephone conversation at a minimum to discuss needs followed up with an email confirmation so all parties involved have the agreement in writing. For events such as weddings, contracts are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between us we have been professional photographers for 40 plus years. My husband taught me everything I know about the mechanics of photography and he learned from the best in London.
