We are so grateful to Alex for his excellent work for our yard. We contacted him on Thumbtack over a holiday weekend, and he responded right away and even dropped by on Memorial Day for an estimate, mowing our lawn right then and there. He and Gerry came the next Saturday and promptly weeded our front flower beds and gave the whole area a beautiful fresh look. Alex is a pleasure to work with. We needed several acres of woods' trails to be string trimmed and cut back to facilitate daily use. He did precisely what we needed done quickly and efficiently. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to estimate and quote my jobs on the higher end of what I think they will cost to ensure that regardless of what I run in to, you don't get sticker shock. I typically come in under, or well under my estimates for work, you just never know what you'll uncover on some jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free estimates in the local area, and give estimates on projects as best as I can prior to with the information provided. I try to get a plan setup within a day of reaching out so we can move forward on getting your task done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of maintenance and construction experience both from prior jobs.
