From the start she was organized; asked the right questions regarding our events; and was adaptable to changing conditions. She has impeccable communication skills. She’s also a delight to work in the same small space with. She assembles creative menus that aren’t overly fussy, but are delicious and aesthetically pleasing. She did an excellent job of meeting our purview of using locally sourced foods. She is calm before and during the events. She also treated my staff with kindness. We have worked with over 50 caterers in the past 10 years and she impressed us so much the 2 times we hired her, that we hired her to cook our entire summer season events.
