What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my pricing is a maket rate between 35 and 50 per hour My boss are based on these numbers I charge 35 out my front door and the price goes up the more I travel I feel this is a fair way to do it. These prices are right now in 2020 and are always subject to change with the market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we meet at the job location and we'll go over job details We'll discuss budget and how far they want their money to go If we reach an agreement I'll write up a contract Which will outline a payment shceduale with a start date with the initial deposit to cover some material and some labor . Pretty standard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I've received comes from experience I've been a building contractor for 24 years and grew up along side my building contractor father and uncle who initially trained me. I later worked for many contractors and have had my own business for 18 years.
