I need an GFCI outlet in my bathroom. I contacted Ben through Thumbstack and he return my call few minutes later and I hired him and scheduled for the work few days later. Ben came in time, he did a great job to run a new wire from the electrical panel to the bathroom, so he can installed a new outlet. I am very pleased with his work. I will hire him again for the electrical need in the future.

I hired Ben to replace a ceiling fan in my two story dining room. He’s very personable, works clean. He replaced the fan and it was working perfectly and then suddenly stopped. I went through the manufacturer’s troubleshooting guidelines and couldn’t figure out the problem. Called Ben back, he looked at All of the wiring etc and it appeared it was a faulty fan part. Ended up getting a replacement from the manufacturer but upon coming out to out the new one, Ben dug a bit deeper and found a loose wire in the connection in the ceiling. Sure, he could’ve dug deeper the first time but he didn’t charge me for the second time so I really appreciated his honesty. I replaced another fan myself and ran into an issue and he was able to fix that when he hired him to add some pendant lights over my island. He’s a good guy, responsive, easy to communicate and work with. I’ll hire him again :)
