Introduction: My focus is to provide you with the best possible quality when it comes to your health and wellness. Sure, there will be trainers out there that are more affordable, however, I make sure every person succeeds by committing 100% of my time to you. I’ve helped over 100 people drop well over 20 pounds, over 5% body fat, and truly transform their lives within a matter of a few months. I put my heart and soul into everyone because I know what it’s like struggling to be comfortable in your own skin. I’ve been there. I’m not a coach who will flaunt around and take fitness pictures shirtless. I try to be my genuine self, because that’s how you connect to people better. If you want a coach who can whole heartedly relate to you and your struggles, who will provide you with everything you need to reclaim your life (tailored exercise, step by step nutrition, top notch accountability, lessons on health and wellness, etc) then I encourage you to reach out to me and let me help you!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is priced at $60/session (as the breakdown of what it would be if you were to have 3- 1hour training sessions a week for 90 days with a general trainer) The ACTUAL total cost of my online 90 Day program is actually $2,000, which is cheaper! For a breakdown of that price, it would roughly come out to $55/session. There is an Action Takers discount. If you are truly committed to your health, and you’re ready to finally make real change and you know you can’t wait any longer- the price for the program will be $1,500 (a $500 savings!!) Equaling out to roughly $41/session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will hop on a few calls to chat about your goals, and see if and how I can help you! If you decide to buy into the program, then we begin the Orientation Session. This is where I provide you will everything you need to succeed and make massive changes with the 90 days! (Exercise program, your nutrition and meal guide, Facebook community page for accountability, web course content, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer. I was a former Zumba instructor, and I have spent a year working in Physical Therapy as a student PTA.
