What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flexible and willing to beat market rates within reason.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As EMS professionals we are required to complete relicensing continuing education every 2 years. Through our CPR and First Aid instructor certifications, we are required to recertify on a similar 2 year cycle which includes updating our training. CPR standards are always changing due to new studies that show advances in care. We strive to stay up to date on these so you can ensure you have the best training possible!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with corporate customers as well as individuals needing CPR, First Aid and EMS CEU hours. We have provided classes to companies including manufacturing, warehousing, industrial construction, transportation, hospitality, doctors and dental offices, nursing homes and other healthcare agencies, schools and day care centers. If you need these classes, we are your provider to make this happen.
