Per job pricing or hourly pricing available. 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date and timeframe. Yes this does come off the final cost. Final cost due within 7 days of completion. 30 day accounts are available as applicable. Supplies: cost +15% Subcontractor: cost +15% Extra help needed: $10/hr extra $25-$35/hr for hourly rate includes paint only 0.575 mileage for getting more supplies if you are supposed to supply for the project. $250 finder fee given for projects over $650 that are scheduled and completed. (after final invoice is paid) All subject to 5.5% tax
