I paid extra, bill money at that for a Pro-job. I don’t lie so you asked for a review, shocked! The first week, you moved in on the job like there was only my job that existed. I didn’t even have a chance to check into other prospects. That week you were loud, scared the animals away for a week, but they came back hungry. The noise scared them. I didn’t think I could ask for better, but you complained about money saying no one would take this job and all the work and I felt cheap and when you asked for more, I had already given you my personal money on top of my husbands money and all I had left was my home money. I figured it was ok since you said you needed materials. It was reasonable. I had noticed screws, wood, blocks, my old steps and deck pieces scattered. Maybe less waste would help? Buyers don’t like to see waste. I never got what I wanted for seating around the deck hoping to have little storage sections for gardening tools etc... I didn’t dare to try to tell you after you surely put down a bench that I had you take off for space. In this case I blamed myself for not elaborating so you just didn’t understand, but before doing the job you sure seemed to understand, what a disappointment. After check and cash payments were given, the next week dragged and I seriously figured you weren’t coming back. I told you about the garbage left behind, the 1/4 lattice split with screws not attached and the boards were even moldy. The lattice was the greatest shame because you could see all the garbage left underneath through the holes. I even got my own Home Barrel planter out under the house having Rheumatoid Arthritis out with a lot of pain. I picked up your garbage and I kept your tools for safe keeping until you came back. You did attach a few pieces of lattice not all, and made out of the scraps edges so there wouldn’t be openings in the work ??? How insulting, but the Greatest of these was when you made fun of my plastic flowers until I could do my actual gardening by saying you make $8500.00 per week and you only do things like mine in your spare time. Insinuating, how meanial my jobs were really to you. You said you fitted them in between others like getting this or that because you were going by Home Depot. Couldn’t spare a wasted trip on my jobs. Even doing the last of things, I could hear in the Kitchen you bragging about some big job you were getting. I have been hurt many times, but doing a job to help me with a Disability to be safe and to get around is like a teenager hurting their own Mother. Also, a Real Pro would not only do the job expected, not seek more money and Brag about what they get. That was to my face. I would also wear respectable attire like Dickies, cut my Long Hair Off no matter how Lovely you may think it is because Pros don’t act or dress like that and while Jesus may have had longer hair, it no doubt was kept well managed and groomed even if that wasn’t his main focus. His main focus was a real building work being that the Son of a Carpenter and Worker. You asked for this review not me. I was going to spare you the grief and you brought it all back up again. I was not happy and I would take my $4500.00 back to compensate for my Grave Disappointment. After all, you make twice that in one week. Now It is too cold to garden and no this is not an excuse for plastic flowers, I will add photos of some of your work if I’m able to attach them somehow, maybe some friends can help me. You should of never have asked me for a review that I was trying to forget about all the Emotional hurt.

Swift Carpentry LLC's reply
I'm sorry for your disappointment. but the two decks I built for you cost the better half of two grand and I made a little more between two guys for three full days of work.
despite your harassment of a barrage of messages daily. we were in and out and had it accessible and safe within 12 hours of work.
I'm happy to clean up bits of debris and fasten a forgotten edge or two. benches and tool boxes were outside of the scope of the job description but I did build a bench you didn't seem to like.
I returned everytime I said I would exactly when I said I could and you would hide inside and message me afterwards with other problems. God bless you Denise. your faith is amazing. and your animals are precious. but let's keep things professional. I had you new stairs within a day of removing them. and accepted a grand less then my bid. review requests are sent automatically after 30 days. so I'm sorry it brought up your feelings on the subject. you had plenty of time to address me personally while the work was being done to ensure your absolute happiness. but the work was completed and any concerns addressed. so the bad review or regret for money spent for a product delivered is redundant but we except whatever it is you have to say.
God bless Denise. I hope your groundhog family loves the new home.
