We are a full-service catering company who does plated services, buffets, lobster/clam bakes, and backyard BBQs. We also have Crostins spirits available, offering full service off premise alcoholic beverages. We do weddings,rehearsal dinners,anniversary parties,birthday parties,celebrations of life, family reunions and just about any event that involves food. I am also personally available to private chef those intimate dinners for two. We also have a large commercial smoker to smoke your favorite dishes both on or off site.

Bob was amazing to work with. I had questions and he immediately had answers. He thought of things and already had them taken care of before I even asked! He went above and beyond and took care of everything so I wasn't worried at all on the day of. He even made sure that the menu consisted of Gluten Free options for our guests and family members. He also made sure that there were vases for the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids at the head table! He provided all of the linens and napkins and the colors I wanted were spot on. He also provided a cash bar with all of the choices we wanted. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Bob. He always answered his phone or got right back to me. This really kept me relaxed and not worried about anything.

Robert put on a Graduation Brunch at my home for about 50 people. He helped me with the menu to make food that was easily eaten, allowing people to be free to move around the patio and garden areas. Robert and his staff did an outstanding job and everyone raved about the great food and wonderful service. Thanks Robert and staff! I will definitely look to you for your great catering service for any future event...and there are plenty more to come...I may even make one up! Suzanne Rice- Winthrop ME
