- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually charge per foot.. PLF So that changes with the fence style. Repairs we most often do Time and Materials. Usually 20-40 per hour. Post replacement being on the low end and gate repairs on the higher end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out , measure , talk about the client specific needs and build a proposal from that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained for 9 months by the previous owner and his team .. that and 17 years "on the job" has helped me "make the grade"!
