I had some heavy items that I am unable to lift and even though it was just the one person they managed to get it all themself! Especially with the awkward stairway I'm very impressed. It's honestly a wonder how we even got the furniture in there in the first place. And I needed it on such short notice as well. I messaged super late, expected to hear back in the morning, but nope they got back to me promptly, managed to get it all sorted quickly.
