Introduction: I am a neurodivergent energy practitioner whose active spiritual - energy practice is part of my daily life. For over 24 years I’ve used (trauma informed) energy techniques to help people clear ‘blocks’ that may limit their life, emotionally, physically , spiritually , & professionally. I have helped athletes & professionals achieve peak performance. People report elimination of headaches, cravings for food, and reduction of anxiety & depression. You’ll feel the difference in the first session & enjoy learning techniques to use outside of therapy. I’m also a licensed Speech Pathologist with 30+ years specializing in working with neurodivergent adults who have communication & processing differences such as ADHD, high functioning autism and nonverbal learning disorders. My training & practice is inclusive and celebrates cultural competence as essential to a healthy community!
