Where do I start? From the moment you have any sort of interaction with Kyle to the point where he’s sweeping floors and vacuuming to make sure that your place is in the same or better condition it was in before he came, you will be impressed. I had a project that I had planned with some input from the HD and others. It was an unusual project that was risky (end result could go either way). Instead of just taking direction from me, Kyle took the time to explain why the plan might not have the result I wanted. Keep in mind, you are not hiring a guy with a hammer and saw and a screw gun… You are hiring a craftsman when you hire Kyle. He took the time to explain why it was better to take a different approach than I had planned. While putting up an accent wall in shiplap, sounds basic… It’s the way he did it, and the way he finish the job that really impressed me. He came in right on target with no surprises. In addition, I ended up hiring him to install a new vanity and Wayne’s Cotting in the bathroom. Talk about I finish craftsman/carpenter! I will add pictures after everything is painted and done… But believe me, this is one professional you want in your home. Don’t waste this time looking for estimates to compare to 15 other people… I’m telling you now, if you get Kyle into your home to estimate your job, you were going to be so pleased with his estimate, his presentation, his politeness and his professionalism that you likely won’t entertain any other companies. Kyle is a one-man shop… He will get the job done at a very reasonable price for very exceptional quality. It’s not too often that I ever endorse someone to the point where I would offer my email address and or phone number… Kyle is a keeper, and I plan to find new projects around the house just so I can hire him again. Hopefully thumbtack allows my email address to appear at this point in my review… Feel free to email me any questions you have about Kyle. I can’t thank him enough for the quality work he did. I needed a couple of rotten holes patched in my subfloor. I’d been turned down by numerous people due to the job being so small. Kyle came out right away to give me an estimate and was able to squeeze in my project amongst larger ones. I appreciate the work Kyle and his team did. They were very courteous and polite. I will be recommending Russell’s Contracting to my friends.

Russell's Contracting really came to the rescue! After having an unfortunate experience with a prior contractor they came in and saved the day. Not only were they able correct many issues left behind, very quickly, they also helped insure my basement was completed The shower build is lovely and the tile work is very well done. I learned the hard way It is important to be able to see previous jobs and Russell construction makes photos available online. For me it showed they are proud of their work which gave me confidence They also tiled my kitchen backsplash and replaced the counter. I am very happy with that as well!
Every request for something was done with a smile. The crew was competent, good at their craft and friendly to boot. I will definitely be calling Russell construction for future home projects and repairs.

The work looked great and I appreciate how quick the both responded and completed the job. It took a bit longer then expected but the price didn’t change. I’d rather someone take their time and do the job right then speed through it to meet a timeline. I appreciate Russell’s hard work and attention to detail.
