- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing our customers is very important, but luckily we are very reasonable and offer discounts base on how regular they use our services and refer new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with new customers, we visit the area of work, give them a quote and time frame in which the job will be completed. And from then and there they become a regular client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out working for a landscaping company in which after a few years of gaining experience, gave me the passion and wanted to expound on it by going on my own.
