- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's a better value than other companies. We include more in our packages than most companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss different options with the customers, answer any questions they may have and provide a few simple questions so can provide them with a contract. With a $99 deposit, you are ready to go. A few weeks before the event I call and confirm all the information and we discuss your custom logo and backgrounds.
