I bring the grace of years of formal training as a professional dancer together with a Certificate from New York Restaurant School in Manhattan together to create experiences that delight the senses. For over twenty (20) years, I have been catering, bartending, and serving guests graciously and attentively. I provide fine dining service and catering for private functions of up to 200 guests including conferences, parties ranging in size from intimate family gatherings to large parties, gallery nights, and other special occasions. I prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, and I excel at pairing wines and food. I can help you select champagnes, wines, and other beverages according to your tastes and your budget. I am familiar with Kosher dietary laws and food handling requirements, and respectful of the traditions of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Additionally, I offer an in-home personal chef service, as well as a home delivery service for meals according to my customer's specific requests. This includes shopping service, preparation, and delivery. Because of my formal education, I have a thorough understanding of proper sanitation and food handling skills. I offer "white glove" cleaning service as well, so that you may enjoy being a host while I handle all of the details from set up to final cleanup. I am able to coordinate with, or supervise other team members to assure that your goal for a memorable and stress-free event is achieved.
