I was contacted within minutes of posting my job. We had a brief phone call to discuss the details. While talking Mark offered a less expensive carpet option than what I was planning, which was great. He was also able to schedule the job within 4 days of posting, which was critical for us. Later, he called to move the work up a day which was even better for us.
We were happy with the results, enough so that we booked a 2nd job, installing carpet in our condo. Mark took measurements, offered several options for carpet and had the job scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived at the scheduled time (even in a snowstorm) and was quick and thorough. They cleaned very well and removed all trash with them. We are very pleased with the end product. Will use again!

Mark was fantastic to work with! Super responsive, was able to accommodate our quick turnaround and did a fantastic job! We saved money buying our own carpet and going through him rather than utilizing a flooring company in the area! Would 10/10 recommend him for any and all jobs!

Mark was very helpful with the whole process matching the flooring in the basement and giving us options for the flooring on the main level for the flooring that had been discontinued we were in the process of moving into the house. Mark guys were very friendly and worked around us and the dogs. Great communication about everything. They made sure it was all pick up as they went and made sure you couldn’t tell they were there working well, besides the floor being removed and prepped, but left their work area clean. We could not be more happier with the way the floors turned out.
