- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $75 minimum trip charge for small jobs. We like to give an estimate on the entire work, that way there will be no surprises. And you will know how much to expect to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear and understand what is the customer is asking for. Once Communication is clear, then we can agree on the cost of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently maintain 55 apartments in Adrian in addition to buying and selling homes. And I work construction for the public!
