Listen, if your on the fence about who to use get off that fence on True North side and go with it!! Kyle is frickin awesome our AC system went down on the hottest day ( go figure ) and had to do something. My wife and I were a little leary because of past experiences with other companies but we decided to give True North a try. Kyle came out the same day and very quickly diagnosed what our issue was. Gave us different options to go with and didn't push in any direction. Thats HUGE for me because it can be intimidating being pushed to purchase something you might not need. After he gave us the options we chose to get the RunTru system installed and it was honestly the best price we could find by over a grand and then some. Kyle came out 4 days later ( faster than I expected to be honest ) and got us up and running in less than 5 hours. Whole new system! Never griped, always smiled and truly seemed like he enjoys what he's doing and thats also huge. Nobody wants to hire someone to do a expensive job as they're literally complaining about the job they do. Doesn't instill confidence its been done right. Haha A few days later we had a 104 degree day with 80% humidity and keeping the house at 72 was like a breeze. Really shocked me how little it worked and our house isn't the best insulated. I really don't have a bad thing to say about this experience and Kyle (True North) is our HVAC guy from now on and that makes my wife and I breath easy. I tend to be very skeptical of contractors because a lot are crooks and just want to make money off ya but kyle isn't that guy. We're getting ready to schedule a furnace maintenance just cause of how well this went. So, if your on the fence you know which way to go!!

We highly recommend TrueNorth! Kyle was very professional and did an excellent job. Our new split system is working great. We followed his advice on the size of the system and he was spot on!! He was able to get us up and running within a week. Much appreciated due to the extreme heat. Had a great price as well.

I was looking to install a mini split , Had a recommendation for True North , best call I could of made . Kyle gave me a quote the next day , within a week had a mini split , two head units installed to perfection. WiFi access, Cabin is so comfortable, should have done this a long time ago. If you are thinking of more efficient heat and A/C give True North comfort and a call . Best money spent.
