We first Pre-Spray our carpets, then we Machine scrubb, (just like the old fashion way), then we Steam Extract, removing all left over residue and excess water. This also helps in the drying method. Jim Murray and two of his sons arrived early Saturday morning to get started on a rather large office carpet cleaning job. I was amazed at the results! Their three step process of pre-spraying the spots, scrubbing the entire carpet and then steam cleaning the carpet worked like a charm! When we came back in the office on Monday not only were the carpets brighter the office smelled fresh and clean! Loved the service so much, decided to set up our next appointment in six months!

A.T.M. Building maintenance & Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning about 50 chairs. A majority of the chairs had not been cleaned in over six (6) years and had stains I thought would not come clean. The stains were removed from 98% of the chairs and the only stain left on a chair was barely visible. The crew worked very efficiently and finished the job in less then three hours. The chairs were also dry by the end of the day which allowed them to be returned to use before the next morning. A.T.M. was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, and concerned with doing a quality job. Terrific work!

I would highly recommend A.T.M.!!! I had 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and an area rug cleaned by Jim and his son, Josh, and they did a fantastic job! I needed it done fairly quickly and they were able to squeeze me in. They were on time, super friendly, polite, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home! My carpet looks brand new and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you, A.T.M.!!!!
