FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different in this field. Depending on the situation of the install will reflect on the pricing. The pricing cant just be a cookie cutter unfortunately. Such as a 4 camera video surveillance system. On a 1,500 sq. ft. house should be cheaper that a 25,000 sq ft building based on amount of wire needed. Or if you need a camera on a out building where I would have to trench 250 floor of pvc conduit. But the best way to keep prices low is by going to the site before the job, evaluating to figure out exactly what you may need and what I would need to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for a new customer is first getting in contact with the client. Meeting up and discussing the needs and the challenges on the upcoming project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at hands-on college where I worked in the field and also studied in class. Being I recieved the knowledge in field of how work is done and then in class I learned how it worked made it easy and interesting. Beyond that I have taken courses to stay up with the times, new products come out and learning how to use them gives me a competitive edge in this industry.
