What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard price, every project is different in size, material and difficulty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact with the client and arrange a time/day to go over what they are needing. With the information gathered I will email the potential customer a fair and accurate proposal/bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in residential and commercial construction for over 24 years. I've worked in trades such as excavation, siding and window installation however I have found my niche in gutter installation.
