I had a heavy recliner to be moved to my son’s home, because he was recovering from heart surgery. These young man came that same day and moved it, which was wonderful. My son couldn’t get any sleep because of breathing problems and the chair was the only way that he would be able to get comfortable to sleep.

Owen moves is extremely unprofessional. (Keep in mind I scheduled him to help me move into college housing). He came 2 hours late to pick up my belongings to move and communication was extremely poor. We set my move 2 days prior and as we were getting closer to the time we scheduled to move none of my calls or text were going through. I quoted from 10am-12pm, and didn’t start my move until 12. He said his price was $20 an hour. After he forgot a couple of my bags I asked him to go back and grab them (3 minute drive away) He then kept asking for recommendations saying “if you recommend me to some ppl you know I’ll give you $20” while also asking for more money than previously quoted, broke my rolling cart and left the wheel in my he street, and kept my microwave for 2 days. I only JUST got it. I reached a point where I had to threaten with police to bring my property back.
