- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ive found the best way to insure the customer recieves an accurate and fair quote is for me to look at the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customer when they are trying to explain the problem they have or the work they want some. Figuring out a solution that's the most cost effective for the customer. Making sure at the end of the project they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an apprenticeship program, have over 25yrs of experience in the electrical field, and continue to take code update classes every chance I get.
