Would strongly recommend Matt and SM Radon for any radonmitigation services. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My basement was showing levels of around 7 based on some at-home tests. Not super high, but over the recommended safety amount. Since we spend a lot of time in the basement, I called SM Radon to go over the options. Matt was able to install a fan system on previously installed evac pipework from the builder. Only took a few hours, and now I have peace of mind for me and my family.

This business came highly recommended from my neighbors and they were spot on. Matthew was very pleasant to deal with and educated me on the hows and whys of what he did to mitigateradon from our basement. He took time to make sure I was happy with the placement of the mitigation system, explained how it worked and was thorough in maintaining cleanliness before, during and after the installation. If you need radonmitigated this is the company to go with!

Matt did a great job with our radonmitigation system. When he arrived, he talked through our options for placing the system and how best to vent to the outside. He completed the work quickly and professionally. Within the first 24 hours of our system being installed, our radon levels dropped by over 95%. We were extremely happy with the experience and results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Radon testing is easy, just schedule your test and we'll see you soon!
Radon mitigation usually requires an in person estimate. If you're in need of radon mitigation, we'll come out to your home and explain to you how our system works. We'll come up with a plan for your home and write an estimate up for you. Upon acceptance, we'll get your mitigation on the schedule and get the problem taken care of typically in one day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are NRSB certified in testing and certified through CERTI and the NRPP in mitigation technology.
