- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Value or Quality?...Why not get both! When you book your event through A2 Magic, the quality is guaranteed, and the value is unmatched. You'll discover the difference when you call me. Because every event has its own special needs, real value comes in knowing that you are getting exactly what you want and what is perfectly suited for you. Many magicians offer a one show, one price, package. I believe you deserve options, so I offer several. When I have all the essential information about your event (location, time, date, size and type of audience, and any special requirements), I'll be able to offer suggestions and ideas of which of my several packages will leave the greatest impression on your guests. Based on that information, you can make an informed decision that you'll be happy and comfortable with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll ask the right questions to see if I am the best match for your event. If I am, I will get all of the details to see how I can best serve your needs. If I am not, I will refer another entertainer whom I trust will do a great job for you. My goal is to make your experience a totally pleasant one. I'd much rather have you book another qualified professional than mistakenly hire one who is not up to par. If you should decide to hire my services, you'll get the same commitment to excellence that I have given to over 14,500 other audiences, nationally and locally...one performance at a time. You'll get a high quality, thoroughly entertaining magic show that is clean, professional, and specifically geared to the age of your audience. You'll get an entertainer who is 100% reliable (I'll be there, ready to begin at the scheduled time) and who always uses good judgment (nothing offensive or embarrassing to even one member of your audience). You'll always get an excellent value. I truly believe that you won't find a better entertainment value in Southeastern Michigan or Northern Ohio.
